Staff onboarding pipeline connected HR system notifications to Entra ID provisioning and Teams channel membership, cutting system access delays from 10+ days to under 48 hours across three directorates.
Quarterly compliance reporting dashboard built in Power BI, drawing from SharePoint lists updated in real time — replacing a manual four-day assembly process with a live report available on demand.
