Who you'll work with
TechRam was founded by Rami Younes and Victor Khalil, and has grown into a team of Microsoft consultants and engineers who have spent years watching SMEs in compliance-regulated organisations struggle with the same preventable problems.
We’d all seen what happens when technology vendors prioritise revenue over results. IT budgets spent on tools that didn’t talk to each other. Strategy decks delivered and left to collect dust.

01. Is TechRam a managed service provider?
Not in the traditional sense. We're systems integrators. We design and build operational systems on Microsoft, then hand them over. We do offer retainers for Azure and for automations we've built, but we don't handle endpoints, networking or helpdesk. If you need a full MSP, we'll connect you with one through our partner network.
02. Do you only work with NDIS providers?
No. NDIS and disability providers are a large part of our work, but we also build for aged care, local government, engineering and construction, professional services, logistics, healthcare and not-for-profits. The common thread isn't the sector. It's compliance obligations and systems that haven't kept up with the organisation.
03. What makes you different from a general IT consultant?
We build what we recommend. Most consultants deliver a strategy document and leave the implementation to someone else. Every engagement is fixed scope, agreed before work starts, and you own everything we build: the systems, the documentation, and the ability to maintain them without us.
04. Where are you based?
Sydney, and we work with organisations across Australia. Delivery is remote and on-site depending on what the engagement needs. Discovery and workshops in the room where we can, build work from here.
05. Do we need to buy anything new?
Almost never. We start with what's already in your Microsoft 365 licensing — SharePoint, Power Automate, the Power Platform and Copilot where it applies. We don't resell licences and we don't earn a margin on them.
