Who we are
TechRam was founded by Rami Younes and Victor Khalil — two people who spent years watching SMEs compliance-regulated organisations struggle with the same preventable problems.
They’d seen what happens when technology vendors prioritise revenue over results. IT budgets spent on tools that didn’t talk to each other. Strategy decks delivered and left to collect dust. The wrong recommendations made because they were profitable, not because they were right.
Both came from enterprise technology in the Microsoft space. Both left because the culture around them didn’t value doing the right thing by clients or by their own people.
