01. What does a Discovery Call involve?

Thirty minutes on your tenant and your operation. What you're running, what's failing, and what you're being asked to deliver. No deck, no demo, no pitch.

02. Do we need to prepare anything?

Nothing formal. If you know roughly how many people are in the tenant and which systems hurt most, that's plenty to start.

03. What happens afterwards?

We'll tell you whether we think we can help and what we'd do first. Usually that's an Environment Baseline. Sometimes it's nothing.

04. Do you work outside Sydney?

Yes. We're based in Kogarah and work with mid-market organisations across Australia. Delivery is remote by default, and on-site where the work needs someone in the room.
