Online Claims Intake on SharePoint
Online Claims Intake, built by TechRam, replaces a printed claim form that was scanned, emailed, filed by hand and keyed into a spreadsheet. Clients fill in one guided online form in their own language, and a single submission files the claim to SharePoint, the register and the client's inbox, with nothing re-keyed.

The problem it replaces
A printed claim form, scanned, emailed, filed by hand and keyed into a spreadsheet, with the supporting documents arriving separately.
What it does
One guided, mobile-first form in the client's own language. A single submission creates the claim ID, its SharePoint folder, the register row and the client's confirmation.
Under the hood
- Guided web form with an on-screen signature
- SharePoint folder per claim, created through Microsoft Graph
- Live claims register, one row per claim, linked to its folder
- Branded confirmation email with the signed PDF
Proof: EPP Law
EPP Law's claims intake started on paper: a printed form, scanned, emailed, filed by hand and keyed into a spreadsheet, in English only. TechRam built one guided online form in English, Arabic and Chinese that files each claim to SharePoint, the live register and the client's inbox at once, with nothing re-keyed.

Common questions
01. Do we need a claims management platform for this?
No. Each claim files into SharePoint, which you already pay for, and into the register your team already reads. We don't resell licences and earn nothing on them.
02. Can clients fill it in their own language?
Yes. EPP Law's runs in English, Arabic and Chinese, with a right-to-left layout for Arabic, so a client can lodge a complete claim without a staff member beside them.
03. What happens when a claim is submitted?
A claim ID is shown to the client straight away, a SharePoint folder is created for it, a row is added to the register linked to that folder, and a confirmation email goes out with the signed authority attached.
04. What happens to the supporting documents?
They're uploaded in the form, so they land in the claim's SharePoint folder with it rather than arriving separately and being matched by hand.
05. How long does online claims intake take to build?
Weeks rather than months for something this size. The scope is agreed in writing first, and the number does not move afterwards because the work turned out harder than we expected.
