The problem it answers
A system that isn’t maintained doesn’t fail loudly. It drifts. A flow breaks quietly, someone works around it, and six months later half the team is back on the spreadsheet the system replaced.
The usual answer is a support contract that locks you in for three years and bills whether or not anything needed doing.

Common questions
01. How is this different from an MSP retainer?
It isn't helpdesk and it isn't endpoints. It covers what we built: the flows, the lists, the apps and the reports. Your MSP keeps doing what it already does.
02. What if you didn't build it?
We'll look at it and tell you honestly whether we can support it. Taking on a system we don't understand and can't document is how a retainer becomes a dependency.
03. Can Run & Improve cover one department rather than the whole organisation?
Usually yes, and it's often the better way in. One department that works is a more persuasive business case internally than a plan covering all of them, and it gives us a real cost to scope the rest against.
04. What does Run & Improve cost?
Fixed scope, quoted in writing before work starts, and the number doesn't move because the work turned out harder than we expected. We don't publish a range, because the scope is what sets it and a range without a scope is a guess you would have to unlearn.
05. Do we need to buy anything new for Run & Improve?
Almost never. We start with what is already in your Microsoft 365 licensing, and we don't resell licences or earn a margin on them. Where something genuinely isn't covered we'll say so before you commit, not after.
06. What happens if we stop Run & Improve?
Nothing breaks. You already own the systems and the documentation, so your team keeps running them without us. It's monthly with no lock-in, so you can stop whenever it stops being worth it.
