01. Do we need OKR software as well?
No, and LGP had already bought and abandoned two before this. It is SharePoint lists for the objectives and key results, Power Automate for the weekly report and the reminders, and a dashboard web part on the intranet home.
02. Who updates the progress?
The owners. Every objective has an owner, a measure and a progress state, and the executive report is built from what they enter rather than by an analyst in the middle.
03. How does the weekly report get produced?
On schedule, from what the owners have already entered. That replaces a pack assembled by hand from several sources.
04. Where do people actually see it?
On the intranet home, as a dashboard web part, rather than in a separate tool somebody has to remember to open.
05. Can our own team change the OKR tracker later?
Yes, and that is why it is built on SharePoint and Power Automate rather than in code. We hand over the documentation and the access, and anyone who can edit a list can add a field.
