Beyond SharePoint

Azure cost, Power BI reporting, integration and strategy on Microsoft 365

Beyond the SharePoint build, TechRam runs four lines of work on the same Microsoft estate: Azure cost management, Power BI reporting, integration between the systems you already run, and technology strategy and advisory. Each one is scoped on its own and none of them requires the others.

Common questions

01. Do we have to do the SharePoint work first?

No. These four stand on their own, and the Azure cost review is often where a relationship starts because it pays for itself quickly.

02. Is this managed services?

Not in the traditional sense. We don't run helpdesks, endpoints or networking. This is a monthly read of where the money and the data went, with a decision list against it.

03. How is it scoped?

Fixed scope, agreed in writing before we start. Azure and reporting are usually ongoing with no lock-in; strategy is a defined piece of work that ends with a plan you own.

04. Which one should we start with?

Whichever question is costing you most. If it's the Azure bill, the cost review. If it's a report someone builds by hand every week, Power BI. If it's the same fact keyed into three systems, integration. If you can't yet say which, strategy.
