Who we help

Eight sectors, one pattern underneath

TechRam builds SharePoint systems for eight sectors: NDIS and disability, aged care, local government, engineering and construction, professional services, logistics, healthcare and not-for-profits. What they share is not an industry — it is work that happens in the field and evidence a regulator demands from an office.

  1. Aged Care

Standards, incidents and rosters, evidenced continuously rather than assembled the week before an audit. Explore
  2. Engineering & Construction

Plant, site records and bids, captured where the work happens rather than back at the office. Explore
  3. Healthcare

Access, referrals and document control, reviewed on a cycle owners can sign off. Explore
  4. Local Government

Objectives, approvals and executive reporting, on data that updates itself. Explore
  5. Logistics

Fleet, driver records and depot reporting in one operational record. Explore
  6. NDIS & Disability

Support delivered in homes and in the community, evidenced to a regulator who was not there. Explore
  7. Not-for-Profit

Grant milestones, approvals and policy, run on the licences you already hold. Explore
  8. Professional Services

Matter intake triaged on arrival, with a queue the practice lead can see without asking anyone. Explore

Common questions

01. Our sector isn't listed. Can you still help?

Often, yes. The pattern we build for is operational complexity plus a compliance obligation, and that turns up well outside these eight. Tell us the process that hurts and we'll say honestly whether we recognise it.

02. Why these eight?

Because they share a shape: the people closest to the work are the ones keying data twice, and somebody outside the organisation asks for evidence that it happened. That is the problem our systems are built for.

03. Do you have proof in our sector?

For some. Where a client has agreed to be named you'll find the case study on the sector page. Where we've done the work but the client hasn't agreed to talk about it, you won't — we don't publish unnamed claims.

04. Is what you build different in each sector?

The building blocks aren't. What changes is the evidence each sector gets asked for, and who asks. Every sector page lists the catalogue entries built for that kind of work.
